ABOUT WATER

Jasmine Amara + Jen Fedrizzi

JUNE 30 // 6 - 9 PM

Future Tongue is pleased to be hosting About Water, a traveling photography exhibition created by photographers Jasmine Amara and Jen Fedrizzi aimed to inspire a social change around our culture’s relationship with water. This project acts as a contribution to a larger vision of living more harmoniously with our planet’s most precious resource and lessening our collective water footprint. The work includes images from the Owens Valley, one of the main water sources in LA’s early years, as well as images from Los Angeles water intensive consumption culture.

About Water will travel to three regions in California; Owens Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles County in late June 2017.

This event will be presented alongside the SANCTUARY exhibition. Both shows will be on view at the Future Tongue gallery for one night only. The evening will also include a spoken word performance.
